High-Spec Braking Components
The high performance braking system provides exceptional stopping power and control through high-spec componentry, including a rigid front caliper with larger diameter pistons, aggressive brake pad compound and a 270mm front rotor. The rear brake gets a lightweight caliper and hanger with a 240mm rear rotor to reduce unsprung weight.
Slim Bodywork & Quality Graphics
The compact bodywork eases the rider’s movement across the machine in tough terrain. Quality graphics are embedded in the body moldings for long-lasting good looks.
Competition-Bred Engine Performance
The revolutionary liquid-cooled four-stroke powerplant is developed for enduro competition. Intake and exhaust ports work with a high compression piston for a wide spread of power without losing top-end performance.
Forward-Thinking Engine Design
Reversing the cylinder head while placing the intake forward and the exhaust to the rear allow for a straight shot, downdraft intake and straight exhaust port for maximized engine performance.
Mass-Centralized Electric Start
The WR250F features a compact, centrally-mounted electric starter system to minimize restart delays and add convenience.
Six-Speed Gearbox
A six-speed transmission is used to ensure the right gear is available for the wide variety of terrain found in fast trail riding and enduro racing. Transmission features durable gears and a heavy-duty, large-diameter clutch.
Enduro Competition Features
With an electric starting system, rugged plastic skid plate, and 18-inch rear wheel, high-quality sealed O-ring chain, larger 2.1 gallon fuel capacity and a multi-function display including low fuel indicator, the WR250F is built for serious enduro.
High Performance Four-Stroke Engine
The compact, powerful WR250F engine includes all the same race-developed technologies of the championship-winning YZ250F, tuned for enduro performance. Revised intake duct, intake port, exhaust camshaft profile, muffler and balancer weight position combine to further improve power and usability across the entire rev range.
High-Spec Braking Components
